I read the reviews of this location and I was hesitant to stop. However when I did I made some observations. The service by the staff was normal... Nothing spectacular but nothing near as bad as some people complain about. The facility was a little messy BUT the staff were working hard trying to clean while trying to navigate needy customers, groups of messy disrespectful teenagers and families with children who were running around throwing rubbish off the tables and wiping their hands on the windows after the staff had just wiped them. This location would be your typical McDonald's location if only the locals and the tourists would have some respect for themselves and for the people working. I saw a couple yelling at the kiosk then yelling at staff because they couldn't get their orders... Only to witness 2 staff help guide them but the woman was just angry and the man was promoting her behaviour. The countless teens who come and loiter and then create a mess is uncalled for... At least clean up after yourselves. Thank you for good service and hopefully your staff are appreciated more...
Read moreWe ordered a Chicken Sandwich and the meat was raw inside. We brought it to the front counter to be exchanged. The woman at the counter argued non stop that it was not raw because they followed the McDonald’s procedure. It was clearly raw! I wanted to take a picture of the sandwich and she snapped it up and would not let me. Then she accused me of taking her photo (no one would want that believe me).
Most McDonald’s would resolve an issue promptly. This McDonald’s is absolutely terrible! Just walk past and go somewhere else. These people are ignorant!!!
Also, received feedback from owner they will send the complaint to the quality control department. I would suggest they send the issue to the Human Resource department because the issue is the employee (needs to be seriously reprimanded or terminated). She is everything McDonalds Corporation...
Read moreFraud! I paid with credit card in my local currency. Payment was approved and a receipt was printed. The manager threw away the receipt and said I could not pay in my local currency. I argued that the payment was approved to which he replied that I would get the money back in 2 days, which is not true. My bank account shows that I paid twice. I asked for his name but he refused to give it to me. He was the manager. This is incredible! I took a photo of him and told him I would complain to McD head office. I don't know if it is legal to attach the photo here, so I will not do that but I will send it to McD. This complaint is not about the money, it's the princip. It's unbelievable that a manager at McD is deliberately...
