Blue Coral Art Café & Bakery — Restaurant in La Oliva

They sell coffee, cake, pastries, lunches based on breads (create-your-own), and loaves. There was a very good selection considering we went about 4:00 pm on a Tuesday afternoon. We had four pieces of a delicious homemade apple cake, white Americano, breakfast tea with hot milk, and a decaffeinated cappuccino. This bakery/coffee shop is also an Art café, so there is a great display of art on the walls which changes every month. Staff are definitely in need of some training!! Maybe the English aren’t their fav customers?!?! Ask for coffee, ask for cake, got cake and sat down without a word.. then coffee made and left on side?? So I got up and grabbed the coffee with a pleasant Gracias.. got a grin?? Asked for bill at counter, she didn’t know what we had so I told her, we were the only ones In the cafe? got a 10.30, i didn’t hear so after a sorry got another 10.30… what’s wrong with a bill or till sign or something??? But did get a Gracias, enjoy your day...

delicious food, the coffee was a little sweet for my taste but well made. only issue was with the service, we had some items not delivered to our table which we had to go inside and ask for again, and were charged for some items we did not order. also, employees were wearing the same gloves while handling cash and making food which doesn’t seem that clean. cannot fault the sandwiches though, we ordered four and enjoyed...
