BURGERSTARS — Restaurant in La Oliva

Very disappointed, angry and upset. My daughter is coeliac and they advertise gluten free buns, I asked the waitress and the chef and was told they could cater for her with burger and chips. At the end of the meal when my daughter had eaten all of her chips and most of her burger we looked at the bun and saw it looked the same as ours, we asked and the waitress said hers was gluten free, I tasted it and it tasted the same as ours, I asked a different server and she checked with the chef, turns out they gave my daughter the gluten containing bun and my son was given the gluten free one and then they decided to tell us that actually the chips actually contain gluten as well.

The second server we spoke to was lovely and very apologetic and asked if there was anything she could do but the person who actually made the mistake didn't seem to care and not understand how serious it could be. They knocked off the kids meals from the bill and seemed to think that made it ok, it definitely does not make it OK. We are 2 days into our 1 week holiday and my daughter has been glutened, I'm so angry with this place

Absolutely gorgeous food. Well done to you and good luck with your new business. Second review, well we returned tonight at 9:30 to be told “if you can order and eat within 15 mins then that’s okay as I want to go home to eat too”. Felt very rushed and no cutlery offered at all. Food tasted good though. Zero atmosphere but all the bars were quiet tonight for some reason. If it were my first time I probably think it was okay but not rush back but I know the food is great so I will come back. Just a shame the waiter felt the need to let us know we had to be quick. in this restaurant i just had THE BEST burger of my entire life!! i really enjoy trying new kinds of burgers anywhere but this one definitely stands out as the best! i had the american version and just every little detail was perfect, from the smashed patties that were not over- or undercooked to the loads of cheese in there. moreover, we shared cheese and honey tapas that arrived warm and was a combination, we both never tried, it totally impressed us. very tasty as well! other than the food, the restaurant is very pretty with options to sit in- and outside, the staff is absolutely amazing and friendly, the food doesn't take long to get to your table and they have a nice variety of food to...
