We decided to try somewhere different. The food was ok, but you get much more for your money in other places, where the servers are much more friendly. It would also have been better if the waiter didn't get the order wrong twice. We ordered the ham omelette, and he kept bringing the gourmet goats cheese omelette, which is more expensive and doesn't include ham. After the 2nd time he brought it back wrong (literally brought out the same thing again), we said fine we'll eat it, but that we wouldn't pay for the higher priced omelette that they had incorrectly served twice. However when they brought out the bill they had charged for the more expensive one, and the girl came out screaming at us in Italian that we had to pay for the more expensive one, even though it was their mistake, as we had agreed to eat it in the end. She then got mad as we wanted to split the bill and shouted at us in Italian that we should have told her sooner. I pointed out in Spanish (the local language) that I don't speak Italian... 🤦🏻‍♀️ So overall unnecessarily rude. Mistakes happen (not often twice in a row, but whatever..) but the issue is when you refuse to own your mistake. You couldn't get the order right, you shouldn't therefore charge the person more, when they're stuck eating something they didn't want, in order to cover your error, and on top of it shout 'well you shouldn't have eaten it then'. If the others hadn't already been eating we would have just left once the order came back wrong for the second time, but we won't go back. There are so many other lovely places to eat...

I am a huge fan of brownies. It's one of my favorites, so I have it as dessert almost every time. I tried brownies in award-winning bakeries in NYC, the hyped-up version of Jamie's Italian, tried to make my own perfect version based on every available recipes basically. So, as an official brownie-expert, let me tell you: THIS IS THE BEST BROWNIE I HAVE EVER HAD. Sorry for shouting at you, but I am really passionate about this. You just simply must try it. The guys at Maize are really nice, the food is great, the atmosphere is laid-back, so I would've give 5 stars anyway - but the brownies! They are heavenly. Definitely check it out when...

They overcharge the tourists. We were with 2 grown ups en 2 childeren. The price of the drinks for example were not shown at the menu. They let us pay an amount 3 times higher compared with similar bars/restaurants. I asked for a bill, but they only gave me the total price. I was scared. It feels like tourist are not really welcome, because non-tourist were charged woth other prices. Me and my familie had a very scary experience, because the man behind the bar was shouting at us and also at another table with non-locals. Later I heard from other people that this happens all the time in this place. I hope this will not happen to...

The bluecheese-guacamole-pear-burger (see pic below) is super unique, the cabra de ceso one was unbeatable. As per the chicas the brownie was aMAIZEing (ahahahhha, sorry). It turned out the guy working here baked it. The guys are really friendly and attentive. Update: they actually sent us the recipe for the brownie and we made it, was almost identical, the best we ever made. :)

Very pleasant service here. I visited twice and had drinks only: Paulaner a German wheat beer, and a Belgium beer: La Choufe. There's an Italian female server who's doing a great job. Unfortunately, I didn't get a name. Limited seats available and proof of purchase in the photos.

Came to Corralejo and visited here for breakfast, I had a stuffed sweet croissant and it had Nutella inside was very delicious and soft and the coffees were great too. A good atmosphere and a view overlooking the town. I had no complaints and would recommend anyone to go.
