UGA - UGA — Restaurant in La Oliva

Terrible service. two sentences of explanation (I passed there screenshot in case you will decide to change it). I saw you respond UGA UGA and it only confirmed that you are not only rude in the restaurant but also in the social media. About the situation, as a warning to others: We were a group of 10 people. You divided us into two tables. Table 2 placed its order just before table 1 received its order, which was about 40 minutes later! You brought starters along (one snack was missing) with the main dishes (which were cold!). And that was after another 45 minutes. In the meantime our friends from table 1 received deserts, and asked you about our order ... As we also did. So to east "fast, good, cheap meal" we spent in your "restaurant" almost 2 hours. The food was really poor. You should call your self as restaurant rather "fast food" but it's also not the best choice. The waiter who came to collect the dishes, when he heard from us that we were dissatisfied, offered to spin the "wheel of fortune" (where you can win a discount on the next meal :D) ... We realized when we got home that we had two more drinks on our receipt that we didn't order ... So they even cheat on receipts, our friends at 1 table had the same...

We’d been here for a few nights on our holiday prior for drinks as they were affordable and the place has a view of the sea. For our final evening, we decided to have dinner here as we were familiar with the place so booked online which gave us a 30% discount on food. When we got here, it took them 30-40 minutes to bring my drink. When it finally arrived, we ordered even more drinks which came with little to no alcohol in them. It was a quiet time and it looked like there was enough staff to check on us. The food was sub par - most of my muscles didn’t have any meat inside the shell. We ordered chips and had to ask again for them to arrive cold. The servers cleared up the food whilst we were still eating and removed my fork so I couldn’t finish my meal. As we asked the waitress for our bill, she proceeded to walk around to look for it then stand and eat ice cream in the corner. At the end, they also forgot our discount and had added extra items to our bill. We were still not fully deducted for our food even after saying.

It’s a shame to leave a bad review but it just wasn’t a good experience, you don’t want to be waiting and begging for...

The food here was good and the cocktails were lovely. However, the service was appalling - not the fault of the staff, there just did not seem to be enough of them. We waited a good 30 minutes to order and noticed that one other person was complaining that his meal had not arrived with the meals of the people he was with. Our meals and drinks arrived and I ordered another drink. This drink never came despite reminding our waiter again. We tried to get his/anyone's attention to get the bill but this proved difficult. We did manage to ask for the bill twice and it never arrived; eventually I went up to the counter to pay. In two hours, we had one meal and one drink - we would have liked to have more but...what can I say? The following evening we went to MAR.NI and the difference was stark - that is a restaurant worth their...
