"An Incredible Mozzarella Experience in Corralejo!"

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful mozzarella shop in Corralejo, Fuerteventura, and I must say, it was hands down the best mozzarella I've had abroad, outside of Italy! The quality of the cheese was exceptional—rich, fresh, and bursting with flavor. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, taking the time to chat with us and share his extensive knowledge about the different types of mozzarella and the care that goes into making each one. You can tell that they take great pride in their craft.

Whether you're a mozzarella enthusiast or just looking to try something special, I highly recommend this place. It's a true gem and a must-visit for anyone...

It was a long time i didn' t eat a mozzarella di bufala so authéntic...even in Italy you wont easily find a product so fresh and tasty, tradicionally made...but expecially made in the same shop every day. Mario IS the owner, born in Torre del Greco, Campania.the region from where this product originally came from. If you want to be sure of my opinion, go in the shop and he Will certanly invite you to a freshness test that Will surprend you....open Your mouth wide and give a bite to this excelente cheese and if the milk Will spread a bit on Your face this IS the BEST...

Very surprised to have found the Italian buffalo mozzarella from Campania in Fuerte Ventura, one more reason to stay on holiday in the Canaries. Friendly and cheerful people, fantastic weather and delicious...
