Whilst the appearance might seem simple and unpretentious, this family-run restaurant will surprise you with the excellent food and the friendly service. Three of us had lunch on a midweek day in late June. The owner took his time to explain the food to us and gave us plenty of time to make our minds up. I had a starter of tuna fish and octopus on a bed of pureed sweet potato as a main. Both were excellent. Just incredible tapas for low prices. Fast and high quality service, always replacing drinks and cleaning plates. Be prepared to do a little google translating and pointing to order, but trust me, it’s absolutely worth it.
The pork belly - Torreznos de Soria - was one of the best tapas I have ever had. Then order the homemade cheesecake for dessert.

Salmoreoa and calamari were followed by chicken curry and pork cheeks. All were really good but the desserts, wow! Refreshing lemon mousse and a wonderful chocolate tart.
The service was welcoming and the language difference was not a problem.
