El Colect1vo is the best bar in Villajoyosa. The beers are certainly the best in the town as are their burgers! They serve locally brewed beers on tap, from Porter to Pilsner to IPA. Not to mention the staff, they treat you as if you were a friend. They are very talented in many ways: they built the bar from scratch; cook incredible food; source amazing beer; all previously performers - you should ask Cotzani to see a magic trick or two! Hi I am sorry to say that this bar is no longer a craft beer bar. Estuvimos cenando y la verdad es q me pareció muy correcto, no son las mejores hamburguesas del mundo pero si me parecen las mejores de La Vila. Tienen unos entrantes más q correctos de precio, los aros de cebolla son caseros y solo cuestan 5 euros, por ejemplo. Luego tienen dos tipos de hamburguesas, una q dicen de carne Angus y otra Premium Española. Yo pedí esta última y me pareció una Burger bastante aceptable por el precio q tiene. Es verdad q no es carne picada por ellos y q no te piden el punto de la carne, eso te da a entender q es carne ya manufacturada, pero como digo me pareció q estaba bastante bien.
