100 Montaditos — Restaurant in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

I would like to write an honest review: it was the most disgusting food experience in Canary islands. I have ordered my food and everyone had priority before me , when I was speaking English ( I was waiting more than 45 minutes for my food!!!) then when I wanted my money back,she ( the cashier) had just thrown faded salad leaves and very cold french fries into the plastic plate and salad with NO Dressing and told me, that there's everything and that now i shouldn't demand no money back and no dressing ( everyone else has gotten normal dressings! Only I was without it!) - the salad leaves were faded , old and very watery and I was so disgusted that I vomited into the plastic plate!! Please safe your money!!! Even if it's a little bit!! And she was coughing into my Ti to Verano before- that's why I 've ordered extra packed mineral water in bottle before, but I had to pay for that "contaminated" Tinto Verano!!!! Never else!!! I warn you!! I was thirsty and hungry ( with low budget on that day ) but I was feeling sooo bad later!!!!!...

Ok so having been here before two years ago with a great experience, I can honestly say, I am shocked how this turn out! OVER ONE HOUR waiting for a small bap and chips, nothing fancy at all but most of all, we got really angry with the others coming in and getting their food instantly, yet us and another holiday couple waiting just over an hour and then they wanted to charge us for a dip bowl of mayo which my sister insisted no paying after waiting an hour. No good will gesture at all. The other couple, their order was completely wrong altogether they too waited over an hour.IT IS JUST A SHAMBLES. The food when it came was nice , we wont dispute that but the customer service, atmosphere and friendliness was Zero. Wont be coming back , this is an honest review yet keeps...

Durante la mia recente visita a Las Canteras, ho avuto un’esperienza culinaria che definire deludente sarebbe un eufemismo. Il locale in questione (100 montadidos, che di 100 in menù ne aveva si e no 30) si è rivelato un concentrato di inefficienza, scortesia e mancanza di professionalità.

All’arrivo, dopo aver effettuato l’ordine, siamo stati chiamati al banco solo per essere informati che c’era stato un errore e che avremmo dovuto tornare a sederci. Da quel momento è iniziato un calvario: un’attesa interminabile di un’ora e mezza durante la quale, ogni volta che cercavamo di ottenere informazioni sul nostro ordine, il personale ci rispondeva in modo rude e spavaldo, senza mai accennare a delle scuse. Alla fine, ci è stato detto che il nostro ordine era stato smarrito e ci è stato chiesto lo scontrino per risalire ai dettagli.

Dopo ulteriori 15 minuti, siamo stati chiamati per ritirare solo una parte dell’ordine, con la promessa che il resto sarebbe arrivato a breve. Tuttavia, altri 45 minuti sono trascorsi invano. Solo quando ci siamo nuovamente avvicinati al banco, il personale ha mostrato sorpresa per l’ennesima dimenticanza e, in tutta fretta, ha preparato i piatti rimanenti, sbagliando completamente l’ordine. Il risultato? Un mal di pancia che ci ha accompagnato per l’intera giornata successiva, rovinando quella che avrebbe dovuto essere una piacevole esperienza a Las Palmas.

A peggiorare ulteriormente la situazione, la cassiera e una sua collega hanno deriso il mio tentativo di comunicare in spagnolo, nonostante la loro evidente incapacità di esprimersi in inglese, una lingua universale nel settore turistico. Questo comportamento non solo è stato irrispettoso, ma ha evidenziato una totale mancanza di professionalità.

Purtroppo, esperienze simili non sono isolate in questo posto. Ad esempio, un cliente ha riportato un trattamento simile nel lido in spiaggia dove eravamo dove il personale ha ignorato la sua presenza e ha mostrato atteggiamenti scortesi, rovinando l’inizio della sua vacanza. 

In conclusione, sconsiglio vivamente questo locale. La combinazione di servizio scadente, cibo di bassissima qualità e atteggiamenti irrispettosi del personale rende questo posto...
