We started with the black potatoes from Tenerife, served with two fantastic sauces in the dish called "Granadillo". An explosion of flavors that immediately captivated us.
The "Sabina" dish, based on marinated beetroot, was a true revelation: fresh, light, and incredibly tasty.
Finally, the "Mocán": tonnarelli reminiscent of carbonara but with a creative twist thanks to the cashew sauce, turmeric, and kala namak. Highly recommended for those who love intense and well-balanced flavors.
