La Brasa Burguer Y Mas — Restaurant in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

I arrived in Las Palmas 2 weeks ago. Me and my friend were trying out different restaurants for dinner every day.

We found this place 4 days ago. Since then, we've been back nearly every day.

I've enjoyed every plate I've had so far, whether starter, main course or dessert.

The meat is deliciously tender and high quality. It's like biting on freshly baked bread but it's tasty meat.

The chips are fresh (unlike most places where they're cooked from frozen) and I believe they told me they're cooked in the fat from the meat... which makes them the perfect combination of tasty and the right level of crunchy.

I rarely leave reviews for restaurants. Yet this place is definitely my go-to place in LP.

I don't understand how some people have given this place a bad review. They must be either the competition or friends of.

I've travelled to 9 different countries in the last year and a half. This is genuinely one of the best restaurants I've been to during this time.

The staff are also friendly and pleasant, and the seating is comfortable.

It all makes for a great dining experience.

I came to La Brasa because of all the photos and videos I saw online of the T-bone steaks and a bone in ribeyes. But the minute I get there, the waiter tells me no none of the steaks have bones, that’s when I should’ve either walked away or ordered the burger, which by the way looked amazing. Regrettably, I ordered the Angus beef, which is fine but nothing to write home about and certainly nothing to come back to La Brasa for. Net net if you’re looking for a steakhouse this is not it, but I will come back and try the burger as I said they did...

Exceptional burger!! I would fly back to the island just for this place and it’s epic burgers.

I had the “Spicee Cheese Bacon” and my Mrs had the “Alioli Burger” the spice is full on and just what I needed. They are cooked to perfection, proper pink in the right places.

Bottle of O Mouro from Galicia is perfect for spicy burgers.

The various meat cuts are displayed well and the grill is manned by a perfectionist.

Service is immediate and super friendly.
