A couple of days ago, I had the pleasure of dining at Miss Sushi , and I just have to share how amazing the experience was. The star of the evening was definitely Angel, who might have been our waiter or possibly the manager—I'm not entirely sure, but he was fantastic either way.
From the moment we walked in, Angel greeted us with a genuine, warm smile that instantly made us feel welcome. He was so attentive to our needs and seemed to know what we wanted before we even asked. Throughout the meal, he was always there when we needed him but never hovered, which made the whole experience super comfortable and enjoyable.
Angel really knew his stuff when it came to the menu. He recommended some incredible dishes that showed off the best of what Miss Sushi has to offer. The sushi itself was out of this world—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Each bite was a delight, and his enthusiasm for the food made us appreciate it even more.
What really stood out about this experience was his dedication and passion for his work. He took care of every table with such care and a friendly attitude that made our dining experience unforgettable. It’s clear he loves what he does, and it shows.
Honestly, his service was so outstanding that I even thought about hiring him for my own restaurant! His way of connecting with customers and his deep knowledge of the menu make him a huge asset to any place.
All in all, my visit to Miss Sushi was fantastic, thanks to the incredible food and especially the stellar service. If you’re looking for great sushi and top-notch service, I highly recommend checking this place out. And if you’re lucky, you’ll get to experience this awesome hospitality yourself!
Sending best wishes...
Read moreI normally shy away from franchises, but since fish needs to be frozen anyway if you want to eat it raw, I decided to give this a try.
The decor is all bubblegummy and candyflossy, and I'm sure the feminists among us will squirm at it, and it's something more suitable to a cocktail lounge than a restaurant.
Service is ok, not great. For one thing, there was no soya sauce on the table and only one bowl was provided. We had to pinch them from the next table. The food was rather disappointing, quality-price ratio isn't very favourable. The tataki could have been better. Perhaps the waitress could have applied the fire more evenly. The prawn tempura was very tasty, but they were more prawn fritters than tempura.
The "Balanced" maki mix was just ok. In all the dishes, the oomph was missing. We also had the Japobravas, out of curiosity. Don't order it! They were mean with the sauce, and the potatoes were dry.
Sorry to say this, but I won't be coming back...
Read moreMy friend and I went to Miss Sushi for dinner while we were in Las Palmas. We made a reservation by calling - it was easy. We ordered the edamame, prêt-à-porter, and the chocolate covered raspberries. We also had white wine. The food was good. The edamame could have been steamed a little longer. Some of the rice on the sushi was a little hard. Regardless, the food was all still good. The staff was kind and easy to get their attention. The ambiance and decor was so cute - I really liked that aspect. I’d recommend this location; however, there may be other sushi restaurants that are a...
