The restaurante is very small, so either you arrive early, or there’s the likelihood that you have to get in line and wait. The first disappointment was when the waiter let some friends cut the line, which is not only highly disrespectful towards those who queued, but also very unprofessional. Then we found the food to be average, nothing special compared to any other restaurant that you can find in the area. The ham didn’t seem to be hand sliced, as it should be, and the cod was mediocre at best in my opinion. The other dishes were nothing special either. However really disappointed as food was nothing special and was sure I could hear the ping of a microwave , in this 'authentic' experience !!! We had croquettes which were stodgy and pigs cheek , not the best . Maybe it was our selection ( portions are made to be shared ) but had better elsewhere during our week in Las Palmas. Atmosphere is ok however the aim seemed to be get you in and out - hence...
