Amazing views to Las Canteras beach!! Great “choco almendra” cake. The kids and I really enjoyed. The sandwich and basically all the salty stuff were not really good and it didn’t looked like it was made in the moment. The people working there were as nice as you can be with the place full outside and inside and only two people to look after all the tables. It was ridiculous the amount of work that those poor individuals were doing to cover all the tables and how many people were rude to them without realising the big picture. Is not the staff fault if the person behind the business doesn’t organise the rosters in a way that they can cover everything. Personally o will recommend the owner to change a few things about the food and organising better the staff because you guys have a really good location and you’re wasting it so you should definitely do something about it because the place has a lot...

Do not recommend!

One star is far too much for this place. I have lived in major cities around the world and have settled in las palmas. I have never experienced such bad customer service.

We were there yesterday evening and ordering was like we were doing them a disservice. Rude and inhospitable to say they least, spent more time speaking to their colleagues at the counter and sandwich shop beside then remembering orders or checking to see if the table was ok.

After below par service we still said thank you when settling to be returned with silence and no eye contact.

As for the menu selection...there was nothing to offer customers other then a very basic selection after a certain time of day. We and our family are from the neighbourhood and will never go back again.

Residents and visitors avoid this place, much better options...

Experiencia decepcionante y frustrante. Lo que prometía ser una mañana agradable junto al mar terminó destacándose más por la falta de profesionalidad del servicio que por el entorno.

Al llegar, decidimos sentarnos en la terraza con la expectativa de disfrutar de un desayuno tranquilo. Sin embargo, la espera para ser atendidos se prolongó durante 40 interminables minutos, a pesar de que había cuatro camareros en servicio y el lugar no era especialmente grande. Lo más llamativo fue que, en ese tiempo, nadie se molestó en acercarse ni a limpiar nuestra mesa, la cual estaba sucia y llena de vasos y platos de clientes anteriores. Finalmente, cansados de la inacción, tuvimos que limpiarla nosotros mismos.

Durante este periodo, fue necesario entrar al local tres veces para solicitar servicio, algo que no debería suceder en un establecimiento que se supone diseñado para la comodidad de los clientes. Finalmente, un camarero se acercó… pero no para atendernos, sino para tomar nota de la mesa contigua, que acababa de llegar. Ante esta injusticia, nos quejamos y, aunque recibimos una disculpa, el daño ya estaba hecho.

Cuando por fin logramos hacer nuestro pedido, otro golpe de realidad: nos informaron que la cocina estaba cerrada, siendo apenas las 12 del mediodía en un lugar que se presenta como destino de desayunos. Es incomprensible que un local en una ubicación tan privilegiada y con un flujo potencialmente constante de clientes no esté preparado para cumplir con algo tan básico como un servicio de desayuno a media mañana.

Conclusión Ela Playa de las Canteras es inigualable, pero un lugar con este nivel de desorganización y falta de atención no merece el beneficio de su ubicación. Si bien las disculpas del camarero fueron apreciadas, no bastan para compensar una experiencia tan poco profesional. Para aquellos que valoran un buen servicio, sugeriría explorar otras...
