Amici Pizzería Gourmet — Restaurant in Málaga

Fuimos a este restaurante después de que el encargado nos recomendara el lugar diciendo que la comida era italiana, buena y con ingredientes originales. Pero nuestra experiencia fue totalmente diferente.

Pedimos una pizza margarita y una hamburguesa. La pizza estaba hecha con queso claramente congelado, nada que ver con el fior di latte que aparecía en el menú, y la salsa no tenía buen sabor. El resultado fue muy malo. La hamburguesa también estaba congelada y mal cocinada.

Dejamos casi todo en el plato y llamamos al encargado para explicarle la situación. Nos dijo que lo sentía, pero aun así nos cobraron toda la cuenta sin ofrecer ningún tipo de disculpa ni compensación.

Una experiencia realmente decepcionante. Quiero advertir a todos que no caigan en el mismo error: la comida y el servicio no son auténticos como dicen.

We went to this restaurant after the manager recommended it, saying the food was Italian, good, and made with authentic ingredients. Unfortunately, our experience was completely different.

We ordered a margherita pizza and a burger. The pizza was made with clearly frozen cheese, nothing like the fior di latte mentioned on the menu, and the sauce didn’t taste good. Overall, it was a terrible result. The burger was also frozen and badly cooked.

We left almost everything on the plate and called the manager to explain the situation. He said he was sorry, but they still charged us the full bill without offering any apology or compensation.

A truly disappointing experience. I want to warn everyone not to fall for it — the food and service are not authentic...

I was craving pizza, but I was so disappointed in this place. I ordered the Diavola, which looked to be the most promising to have a combination of string flavors, but it was so bland. The vegetarian one was also tasteless. That said, the service and ambiance were good. If I go back, i might order from their Mexican or Indian menu (yes you have that option). You can eat Indian, Mexican and Italian food, the three most delicious and comfort cuisines in the world! The vegetarian Pizza we ordered was fresh, crispy and authentic. The dough was as if you were eating it in Milan. The curry and garlic naan with vegetable rice were perfect although the portions size was a bit small. I highly recommend this place.
