First time we visited this store early Jan 2023, we liked a lot of things and bought some small items. Decided to come back on Mon 23 January 2023 around 7pm to buy a TV and pillows. I needed assistance as the TV which was on display and still available online was no longer on display. The store manager just walked past who I asked if they still had the TV in their warehouse. The lady was very ignorant and replied "if you can't see the TV we clearly no longer have it" and walked off. I asked another member of staff if I could order it online and pick it up. He checked inventory and they did still have 2 in the store, so I ordered and bought one. Next I wanted new pillows. I went to that corner of the store and got 2x 2-pack. I then needed pillows cases and the lady in that area was busy on WhatsApp and got snappy after I had to ask her attention 2x, where I could find pillows cases. I got the pillow cases and went to the cash register where there was 1 member of staff on her mobile phone. She looked at me, ignored me and continued on her phone (see person with purple sleeve on the left in the photo). Luckily another member of staff arrived who was very friendly and helped me pay for my purchases. Ps beside the cash register there were another 2 members of staff also on their mobile phones (see photo). We recently sold our house in San Diego, California, just bought a new house in the Málaga area and want to buy complete new furniture, kitchen equipment, bedroom furniture, etc. expecting to spend €30k - €50k. Not sure if we'll be coming back as we feel any aftersale service might be worse than the service we got after we bought some first few goods. Looking at the feedback below we will definitely not order goods for delivery considering the many bad experiences...
Read moreHorribel company! I have still not received my sofa that they made me pay for in full 15 th of January. They told me it was going to be delivered the 2 th of march, it wasn't. I don´t hear anything from them, no email, no phone call. I need to contact them and they say it will come next week. Next week they say it´s another 3 weeks. And they never contact me, i always contact them. Extremely bad service and asking costumers to pay upfront when you cant deliver is criminal. I expect the sofa to be delivered immediately otherwise i consider this to be theft! Update 15 th of may. They have still not given me any info and are ignoring my emails, they answered this review with an email address telling me to write them.
Read moreConforama has greatly improved in many areas since my first visit and purchase back in 2015. They've made monumental improvements to their display and store atmosphere. It used to have much more of a warehouse feel to it. Now it feels more like a home store with nice displays and ensembles. I have found their staff to be helpful but at times, when they are busy, there can be some longer wait times to ask questions, etc. The other day when I needed some help with some fans, one saleswoman picked up two and I grabbed the other and away we went!
