This is my first time writing a Google review. I initially wanted to let it go, but the more I thought about it, the angrier I got. So, I decided to share my dining experience to give some advice to those considering this restaurant. First of all, their service was terrible. I stood at the counter for ten minutes, and no one asked if I needed to place an order (it was no longer peak time when I went). Finally, after I asked three times, they gave me a seat. The waiter who took my order had a really bad attitude. I ordered a bottle of water with the food, but by the end of the meal, I never got it. However, it was still charged on the bill (I suggest everyone double-check their bill afterward). I explained the situation to the chubby waitress, and she reluctantly grabbed a bottle of water from the counter for me. That was the end of the awful meal, but worse was yet to come!
After I finished, I went to the beach to rest. About an hour later, I suddenly started feeling dizzy, sweating profusely, and even vomiting. That’s when I realized I had food poisoning, and I am certain it was from this restaurant because it was the only meal I had that day. After checking online, I confirmed that I had seafood poisoning, likely from either undercooked or not fresh ingredients. I was extremely weak for the next two days and had to recover on my own. The headache lasted for quite some time.
Since I don’t speak Spanish and the staff’s English was very poor, confronting them about it was almost impossible. This was a horrible experience, and I sincerely advise everyone to avoid this restaurant and not risk something like this happening. There are plenty of better options in Málaga with good value for money. Don’t ruin your vacation or risk food poisoning by going to this place—it was...
Read moreCame here for the good reviews but left since we were never given the time of day. There were so many tables open, but the waitress kept rearranging the tables telling us to wait. After we were finally seated, she still kept rearranging the tables around us, telling us to move to make space for her. We were ready to order this whole time but no one came to us so we went into the market to try to ask someone. A waiter standing at the bar just chatting with the other workers told us he’d be there in 3 min. We waited for 15 minutes, watching them get the orders of other tables and not even looking in our direction. We decided to leave since we didn’t want to put up with this treatment all meal, no matter how good the food was.
TLDR if you’re a tourist, service is pretty bad. There are many other restaurants nearby that you will have a much more pleasant...
