Burger King Alcazabilla — Restaurant in Málaga

So, let me preface this review by saying that this is in fact a Burger King. Going in, you know what to expect. That said, it has always been clean when I have been here, service is as quick as anywhere in Spain of its type and the location is great.

Often we have guests that just need a burger and fries (Jenny, I am looking at you when I say this) and when you're our sightseeing in Malaga this is a great spot to stop and have a bite to eat.

Often crowded but never to a point that it'll drive you totally up the wall in my experience just get in line, order some food and in the summer enjoy the air conditioning.

Bathroom is downstairs and you'll need a code from the register, just ask for the codigo para el servico and it'll be forthcoming or you should be able to find it on...

The manager was very rude. I ordered an Angus burger at the kiosk and had it in my hands within two minutes. When I sat down with the burger, it was cold. It was dry. The cheese was not even melted. So I took it back to the counter and I told the the one who served me, that it was not fresh, that it was not even warm. He said" it was made right now! That's the way the burger is!". "Do you want your money back" I really wanted the burger but he was so rude and so angry I said yes give me my money back. Then gave me a receipt and told me I would get me, " your money in three days, maybe"

I realize this is fast food, but the place was empty, and he was just unprofessional. Friday...

Una estrella porque no puedo poner menos y porque el chico del principio puso todo de su parte para atenderme bien. Entro al establecimiento y las maquinas no cogian los codigos , subo a pedir en caja preguntando antes si se puede pagar mitad efectivo , mitad tarjeta . el chico que me atendio con un tatuaje en el cuello al principio no lo sabia entonces amablemente pregunto a su compañero , este le asienta muy seguro diciendo que si que se puede hacer , el chico lo intenta y lamentablemente al no haberselo explicado le sale mal, aun asi habiendole preguntado al compañero que si le podia indicar como se hacia y este hablandole de malas formas diciendo que el estaba atendiendo y que llamase a la encargada ( supongo que sera la encargada ) y creo que el nombre empezaba por c pero no lo recuerdo bien . el chico llama a la encargada para que lo solucione a lo que esta le dice o se tica de una forma o se tica de otra ( de muy malas maneras tambien) lo aparta , el chico se va frustrado al ver que ni lo habian enseñado ni tampoco querian hacerlo ( conmigo en todo mimento el chico fue amable). Mi problema directo va con esta chica, la superior que me atiende y me dice esto no se puede hacer o pagas de una manera o de otra si no nada , con mucho aire de superioridad,aun sabiendo que yo en todo momento le estaba hablando amablemente… le digo bueno entonces nada porque tengo mitad y mitad a lo que sin mirarme a la cara me dice pues venga hasta luego con una sonrisa irónica . Hago este inciso y no me gusta jugar con el trabajo de nadie pero me prece que esta chica deberia cambiar su estado de ánimo para trabajar de cara al público y mucho mas si es una superior que debe dar ejemplo a sus trabajadores . Me ha parecido una impresentable y su actitud deja muchisimo que desear .por mi parte no pienso volver a pisar ese bk que por lo que veo en las reseñas esta destinado al fracaso, ya no solo por el trato hacia sus clientes , en este caso a mi ,si no por la falta de respeto que tienen unos compañeros con otros. Hay que ser mas humanos y entender que no...
