Recientemente, hemos desayunado en el establecimiento ubicado en la parte de shopping justo al lado del Zara home, la calidad del producto es como de lo habitual de muy buena calidad, pero en este caso me e topado con 2 empleadas que no hace justicia de dicho negocio, al pedir nuestros desayunos mi mujer le pidió amablemente si por favor podría facilitarle una mantequilla que no estuviese fría o bien dar un punto de calor a su mantequilla para así poner con más facilidad la mantequilla en el croissant, pues de esa simple petición crearon una conversación entre ellas ofendiéndonos ya que estábamos juntamente al lado, humillándonos y haciéndonos sentir malamente. Yo como empresario sé que es difícil tener controlado a todo trabajador y saber quién es realmente cada persona pero no me cabe la menor duda que personas así hacen que los negocios no funcionen como tal y no vuelvan a repetir o al menos sentados en el mismo...
