Frida Pahlo — Restaurant in Málaga

A nice restaurant with a sweet roof terrace. Almost everything was a four star experience: the food was just good and looked nice. Prices were reasonable if slightly higher than I'd have hoped. The only real issue was that the service was really slow when we were there on a Tuesday night. The waiter was kind but had to serve all tables alone and that turned out to be a bit much for one man. The main thing Frida Pahlo has going for it is that it has a nice fusion menu in a row of mostly (fried) fish and burger places on the beach. If you want something different on your fifth beach day, enjoy a tasty and slightly more healthy dinner here. Don't miss out on the rooftop terrace if there's a spot! You can watch a beautiful sunset from up there. When we were there the music was quite loud, and for us it was a bit much after a long day at the beach. Very bad experience!! After a nice dinner earlier during our holiday week we went back for our last evening. There was nobody else in the restaurant yet (20:20) but they managed not to get the food for four persons all separately served on the table! First we got a bowl of potatoes served which was cold before the next dish arrived. The wok ordered by my wife arrived first. Five minutes later my steak arrived and finally the hamburgers for our two kids. Although we had asked to ensure that the hamburgers were properly cooked the hamburgers arrived totally raw. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, with soft lighting and comfortable seating.

The menu offered a variety of options, the portion size was just right, leaving me feeling satisfied but not overly full.

What really stood out to me, though, was the exceptional service provided by Facundo. Our server was friendly and attentive, checking in on us frequently throughout the meal and making sure we had everything we needed.
