Went to this place last week with my mother and boyfriend. The weather was very bad this day it was late in the evening when we arrived and we got very wet and were cold. We ordered food and went up stairs to sit only to realize it was only outdoor seating and no heaters supllied by the restaurant. So we Went back downstairs and there was one table available right next to the two double Doors that were open and no heating turned on inside the restaurant. We asked the staff to close the Doors and they told us that they could not. After five minutes of trying to enjoy our food in the freezing cold restaurant we asked the staff again to close it and told them we were freezing. They said no the manager doesnt allow them to close the Doors. They were all very rude and looking at us and talking about us in a group all the staff looking. The most disrespectul experiencia I have had in a restaurant. I don't care how good your food is. Learn how to treat your paying customers with respect and close the door when its cold and raining. I will never eat here again. I suggest to everyone that wants to eat thai food in this área to go and eat in Pad Thai wok, at least its warm and the staff...

Hoy he estado en este establecimiento en el cual voy muy a menudo, siempre nos sentamos arriba y como siempre subimos cuando ya habíamos pedido la comida esperando pite el cacharrito para bajar por la comida. Dándonos cuenta que las mesas están muy sucias baja mi marido a pedir papel para limpiarla se lo pide a una chica y otra que al parecer es encargada o responsable de la tienda le dicen no se preocupe subimos a limpiarla, hasta ahi bien. Súbela otra chica la cual sin vernos se va para otra mesa y le dice a otra señora k esa mesa no es de su establecimiento pero aún asi será limpia y hace por irse, mi marido ve que se va y se levanta para decirle que nos limpiará la mesa la cual veía el atraves del cristal y le hizo señas entonces ella llega a la mesa de muy malas formas diciéndo lo podrías pedir bien y le pregunto perdona para que me repitiera pues no creía que fudiese ser verdad lo que yo había oido y me lo vuelve a repetir le dije que en ningún momento le habíamos pedido nada de ninguna mala manera es más atravez del cristal no se como le podemos hablar mal sigue con la retahíla y yo le sigo que esta equivocada mientras limpiaba la mesa y dice pues ya está bien como diciendo ya te la he limpiado demasiado y la deja a la mitad y se va. Pita mi cacharrito y mi marido baja por la comida y le dice mi marido a esta chica encargada que porcierto le estaba llamando la atención a la chica anterior que es muy mal educada y que nos a atendido y hablado muy mal arriba y ella le da la razon a su compañera poniéndonos la comida sin salsas las cuales siempre llevan salsas y bebida caliente. Se da cuenta mi marido que faltan cosas una vez arriba y vuelve a bajar y se lo pide y le dice que las salsas los platos se cobran aparte cuando siempre entra en el.playo ls salsa y le cambia la bebida por frías. Empezamos a comer y mi ensalada tiene zanahorias negras ,lechuga quemadas y esta totalmente seca, bajo yo y le pido a la encargada salsa la cuales pensaba pagarle y como la encargada no me había visto me las da sin pedirme nada pues me pertenece a mi plato. No volveremos a pisar ese establecimiento de echo hemos comido por que ya estaba pagado la comida y decir que si no está esta chica capacitada para atender al público se valla al bosque es que de dinde no tenía que...

Have just been to plaza mayor for lunch, thought we would try hit noodles,as we walked in waitress (dark hair) was wiping counter no acknowledgement of us both at all (we were the only people there), after having to get her attention we ordered our food starting with crab spring roll starter where we was told a very abbrupt NO after asking what she meant by NO she replied NO SOLO PRIMAVERA, walking away from us as she said it... we left telling her she needs to sort her customer service out! After seeing the reviews we can clearly see this is an issue here with many people and would highly recommend you speak with your staff as we will not be back due to her attitide...
