I recently had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful restaurant, and I can confidently say that everything was absolutely top-notch. We arrived at 11:00 PM and by 11:30, we had already finished our meal—a testament to the efficiency and attentiveness of the staff.
The waitstaff were incredibly friendly and respectful, providing us with detailed information about the dishes we were considering. We ordered the Pil Pil Croquettes, Sea Bass, and Octopus. Every dish was freshly prepared, beautifully plated, and absolutely delicious.
What truly set this experience apart, however, was the warm atmosphere and the genuine smiles that greeted us, even at such a late hour. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so welcomed and well taken care of.

Not a single miss, Mediterranean Pergola is a must stop on the Malaga...

In the end, we went across the road to Trocadero, and it completely saved the evening. The service was friendly, the food was excellent, and the experience was miles ahead of what Pergola offered.
A bit of transparency and customer care would’ve gone a long way. Sadly, I can’t see us...
