We had very nice salad, then vegetarian lasagna, I was expecting a bit more, this was very average. Then we had paella, this was beautiful, great portion good taste. We were a bit disappointed with staff, we finished the food and more than 30 minutes nobody haven’t took out plates, nobody ask for another drink. Read moreWe had a fantastic experience in Pedregalejo, Spain, and Mimoun made it even better! He was our waiter and was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. His recommendations, especially for the seafood dishes, were spot on—the paella was absolutely delicious, and the flavors were unforgettable.
The atmosphere of the restaurant, located near the beach, added to the charm of the evening. While the food took a little longer than expected to arrive, Mimoun’s excellent service and kindness more than made up for it.
Thank you, Mimoun, for making our visit so special....
