TOURIST TRAP The Menu is really expensive and the staff is really trying to sell you the most expensive food they got. The waiter tried to sell us more food after we ordered our Lubina and when I said that we were good, left the waiter and seemed annoyed that we weren't ordering his „recommendations“ which btw were really expensive. Also which is very annoying, they charge you for the olives and the bread and don’t say anything about it. It's actually usual that olives and bread are included and is not charged extra, but they do it. The worst is the 10% Tip that they force you to pay, we paid them 7€ extra for selling us expensive food and an annoyed waiter who couldn’t get us to pay more.

The food was great and it tasted good but it wasn’t 80€ good. Please just keep away from that restaurant and try other places, there are more than enough restaurants that serve good food and are not trying to get into...

I usually don't write reviews but I'm going to write one here for the sake of other people.

Coming to Spain and eating out, experiencing the culture is something that I value a lot but unfortunately in this restaurant the staff is very cold and unwelcoming. Staff recommendations are made to make you pay money, so I would recommend just reading the menu and ordering what you want and feel like.

Food is not wow but also not that bad, fresh fish but for the price you can get something waaay better somewhere else. Usually the tapas are for free almost everywhere, but here they serve you tapas and they charge you for it!!

Also they made a mistake with the bill and charged us a plate that they didn't serve, so I would recommend reading the bill before leaving since other reviews also mentioned it.

Very bad experience, wouldn't...

This restaurant came recommended by some Spanish friends, but we were quite disappointed. We even took their advice not to order or buy fish on a Monday because it’s not the freshest, they say. So, even though we went on a Tuesday, the fish didn’t seem fresh and was actually quite rubbery! We can get that same quality back in Canada for calamari and baby squid!!! The mixed salad was good, the olives tasty, and the service was actually quite excellent (considering what other reviews have claimed)! Our waiter was a young guy who even helped to save us from over-ordering by suggesting the small portion of everything...water, salad, and fish. Thanks for that! Prices were reasonable, but won’t give it a second try. I have a theory that perhaps they don’t serve their freshest fish to those customers who are obviously tourists!!! Just...

***tourists attention*** Unfortunately we were mislead by the positive reviews and number of reviews. Basic taste for not adequate amount of money. The serving is basic the service was OK to a bit not friendly. Once you arrive they give you dry bread and olives which you discover at the end that you paid for per person. When ordering a dish which needs lemon they only give you quarter of a lemon which is not enough at all (when asked the waiters brought more lemon ). At the end we payed for a dish we didn't order, and by chance one of us was reading through the bill before we left and discovered the mistake and we got the money for the dish back . I would have thought this was an honest mistake but after reading other negative reviews I'm kind of sure that this is a scam for tourists.

*** I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE *** This is an honest review. The older wailter rushed us into ordering when clearly I was still trying to understand the menu and even brought me inside to make me choose the fish when I didn't know the prices. My Spanish is basic and I think he took advantage of that. He recommended the crab, saying it was spectacular. I worked for weeks on fishing boats and ate plenty of crabs, this one was the most blend I've ever had and didnt seem so fresh. Then we had the Dorada, which was okay. It's fresh, yes, but still just a flavorless white fish for 47 euros!!! I've been so disappointed by this place and feel like I've been scammed. Worst restaurant experience I've ever had.
