Fantastic value place. Owner was incredibly nice and was able to help us order in English. There is a lot of combinations available in noodle types, proteins, sauces, add ons etc, so it was very helpful to have some guidance. I got the original pad Thai and my friend had the soy sauce style with beef with wide rice noodle. The rice noodle texture was a bit thicker than I was used to, but as a noodle lover, this was perfect. Sauce flavors were fantastic, if a bit mild (I ordered extra spicy and it was only a bit of a kick, spicy did not register at all). The portion size was almost 3x what I was expecting, and very good flavors throughout. Make sure to ask for an extra charge for more protein since the ratio of noodles to protein is a bit low. Came again for carry out and the portion was a bit smaller, but still good value. Will be back anytime I crave Asian flavors...

This restaurant is in a great location however the service is not very good, there was only one guy for service and he was overwhelmed by the pace of work, I went me and my wife and two toddlers and I took us 20 minutes to send the order at least, food came 15 minutes after and it wasn’t that good if I could say, the pad Thai was average in quality big in quantity Gyozas were dry and I think they’re just refrigerated from the supermarket and not home made nor fresh! But what irritated me the most is the dirty plates on the tables for the guests who left! They literally stayed there for more than an 45 min at least or an hour without any one clearing or cleaning the tables, this makes me imagine the state and the conditions of the kitchen inside, certainly it’s a disaster ! Avoid this restaurant...

Les nouilles sont très bonnes mais le service client est atroce d'autant plus que les prix sont très (trop ?) élevés.

Je partage aussi l'expérience de ma compagne : "La comida es muy buena y sin gluten, he pedido muchas veces pero tuve una atención al cliente muy mala. Pido noodles con la aplicación Uber eats, llego a la casa y veo que se han equivocado, me han preparado arroz y no pad Thai. Llamo, les explico y me dicen que me van a traer la buena orden en 30 minutos, les digo por teléfono que ya que tenían que hacerlos que me hagan : pad Thai, pollo, extra salsa pannang. Se los digo varías veces y pido que me confirmen ya que es para un celíaco. Llegan los noodles después de 30 minutos, les devuelvo el arroz ( que en tiempos de covid me parece muy mal volver agarrar la comida). Los noodles se ven sin salsa, entonces los servimos para probarlos y ver si está mal la salsa. Hambriento se sirven los noodles y se empieza a comer. Se han equivocado la salsa, les llamo y les digo que por teléfono había pedido cambiarla por pannang. Me insisten que había pedido salsa verde y que yo estaba equivocada, aunque les digo claramente por teléfono que los noodles no tienen ni siquiera básicamente salsa. Aunque me insisten me dicen que me los van a traer bien. Llegan los noodles y está vez no tenía el producto malo para dárselos ya que los habían probado y habíamos tirrado la caja. Molesta les digo: tengo que seriamente sacar la caja de la basura para volverlo a meter en el contenedor? Llevo más de una hora esperando después de dos pedidos malos. Al final me dice que me los deja cuando yo le insisto que no tengo ningún deseó de meter la mano en la basura y que si no me cree le mando una foto. Básicamente terminamos comiendo una hora después, y cuando se pido comida para poder no perder tiempo ya que se sale del trabajo cansados la verdad que la experiencia y que tratar al cliente así...
