Chiringuito Rocamar — Restaurant in Málaga

We had the fried sea food today, and it was delicious! The ambience was fine but the price is a little bit high and the atmosphere was too stressful (also the staff behind the bar at the entrance was with short nerves because of two or three different guests).

But we had also an personal not so well experience with one of the waiters, which I do not want to hide from you:

At the beginning we ordered some kind of lemonade and a coffee with milk. The youngest waiter with tattoos on the right arm and a ear piercing on the left side brought us the drinks, and tried to sell me a cappuccino (3 Euro) as a coffee with milk (2,50 Euro). He really said to me it is the same (oh yes, crazy 😅). I do not wanted to argue with him so I said ok I will drink it. Then he moved away without asking us if we want to order some food (we were ready to order because we came hungry into the restaurant). So we have called an other waiter to order our meal (irritated and a little bit annoyed (I have also forgotten to take photos of our dinner because of that, ups)). This was our evening in this restaurant 🙂.

By the way, you can also rent a deck chair with parasol for 9 Euro. The restaurants at this beach have different prices for...

Its really sad, that the food and the service is so bad, cause the location is great. The owner is like a sunshine, always smiling and really friendly, nut everything besides it is terrible. The waitress "throws" the plate on the table without looking at the guest and leaves immediately as if its a burden for them to bring the food. we ordered french fries and chicken nuggets and the fries weren't done and the chicken nuggets were cold on the inside.. thankfully the owner accepted, that after this we didnt want food anymore - i was drinking a beer and noticed at the end, that there was something white (looking like maggots - i dont say it were maggots, but thats how it kinda looked) swimming in the beer.. i reported that and they told me, it have to be the mayonnaise.. the mayonnaise i didnt even touch - so i really dont even wanna know what it was because its really gross. And i had to ask twice for an ashtray even when the waitress saw me smoking for like 10 minutes. So i surely wouldn't recommend the place when...

I've been to ~20 countries, including some of the poorest countries in the world. This was without comparison the worst experience I've ever had on a restaurant. We ordered water, at got charged 14 euro for octopus. Then my friend ordered nuggets and fries, while i ordered a burger. He got frozen nuggets and fries for 8 euros. I never got a burger, even after asking 3 times. Instead they want us to pay money for sitting here (without any service). I could buy frozen food in the most ghetto food market in Spain and get more value for my money. EVERY SINGLE TABLE EXCEPT OURS GOT FREE BREAD, WHILE WE GOT NOTHING BUT A BILL FOR OCTOPUS WE NEVER ORDERED OR GOT. First 1 star review i ever left for a restaurant. My mind is blown. I'm starving. Do not go to this...
