Went for an Italian pizza, received something totally different. There are several problems with this place but most importantly these:
Their location is convenient and as a tourist the place was easy to find. So you would expect the waiters to speak at least basic english. That is barely the case. I know it’s their country and so on but everywhere else you could manage with english, having some skills would make them much more approachable. Overall the service was somewhat unpleasant, not saying rude but felt like they wanted us to leave by hurrying the order even though we were almost only ones in the restaurant at the moment (wonder why…). Some items like drinks in the menu were not available for some reason. Then the food itself. We ordered two pizzas. They have notes in the restaurant advertising that beer and pizza are glutein-free. Already a weird approach for an ”Italian” pizzeria. The glutein free crust was clearly glutein free, and by the looks of it bought from a nearby supermarket freezer. Not lying on that one, perfectly round crust, I have bought similar ones myself. Taste was similar, meaning there was nothing to taste in the crust. Toppings were mediocre. Major disappointment. Having tasted true Italian pizza, putting this place and Italian pizza in the same sentence should be a serious crime. It’s great that they have a glutein free crust available but it should be an option only for those who need it. The place had decent reviews so we were really surprised, maybe something has changed quite recently? However based on this experience I would not recommend this place for anyone, especially as an...

We visited this place hoping for authentic Italian pizza, but it was clearly not. The dough was flatbread-like with no rise, and unfortunately, we felt some stomach discomfort afterward.
When we arrived, they told us they only accept cash, which was fine. During our drink order, the waiter said they only had small-sized sprite. At payment, they charged us for a large one. When I raised the issue, two staff members admitted the mistake, and I did get my money back for the spirit and the grissini charge. However, the cashier was initially reluctant and clearly unhappy about the complaint.
They also added a table service charge, supposedly because of the grissini on the table. Our table had none, yet the charge was still added. While the charge was refunded after I pointed it out, it felt like a deliberate tactic.
Finally, when we asked to take the leftover pizza home, they charged 70 cents for the pizza box. Altogether, the extra charges and confusing service felt like an attempt to overcharge tourists.
Overall, it’s the concept and attitude that disappointed me the most. The food and service were lacking, and I won’t be returning or...
Read moreI arrived and thought it looked quite uninviting, but I thought I'd just give it a miss. So there we were, we ordered food, and the garlic bread hadn't arrived. Our previous main courses had arrived, but they were inedible. I got a frozen pizza, and the pasta had red sauce, which came from a jar and tasted exactly like jarred sauce. I also found the service terrible, because the man was completely rude and very angry with us. We're tourists ourselves, and I find it absolutely ridiculous, so that's why I'm giving this restaurant a 1. I'd give it a 0, but unfortunately, that's not possible. I find it absolutely unacceptable. After we finished eating, they said they didn't accept cards, so we had to transfer money. all a hassle because none of them speak English. It's really very unfriendly and not well-organized in the restaurant at all, and the food is absolutely disgusting. The chef is also smoking outside in the same clothes hes cooking in. I dont...
