Clandestino Cocktail Bar — Restaurant in Madrid

Really cool bar 👌nice location with a warm atmosphere. Looks like it was used for something else in the past, but the interior perfectly fits the name. Prices are moderate for what you get. The Barkeeper does a good job. Good ingredients perfectly mixed. No big playing around or show, just perfect drinks. The people around where very nice and friendly, felt good to be around. Called a week in advance to make sure there would be space the day I planned to go, as it was to celebrate a birthday which fell on a Tuesday. I was assured by the woman on the phone that we wouldn't need reservations. I triple checked with her and she insisted. Day of the birthday we turn up to Casa Suecia, to be told that the Hemmingway bar is open Wednesday-Sunday, and is not open on Tuesday at all!! You would think that someone who works there would know this, and would inform the client if they specified that they wanted to book a table for Tuesday? I'm shocked by the...

Bad cocktails and really bad service.

The bar itself looks really nice, and has good vibes. I’ll went there on a Sunday it was not busy, the waitress has no eye for the customer, then I finally had a chance to order I had to pick up my drinks it self from the bar. When I’ll got my drinks it was the worst cocktail (15 euro each) I’ll ever had. A shame for such a cool and nice place. Doesn’t give it a second time I would recommend for a good night out (and cocktails) to go to another hotels...
