Si estás buscando un kebab de calidad en la zona de Ventilla, sin duda te recomiendo el Doner Kebab Ankara. Llevo años viniendo a este sitio y puedo decir con total confianza que es el mejor kebab de la zona, y probablemente uno de los mejores de Madrid en su categoría.

Lo primero que destaca es la calidad de la carne: sabrosa, bien cocinada, jugosa y con un sabor que no encuentras fácilmente en otros locales similares. Las salsas que utilizan son caseras y muy sabrosas, y las cantidades que sirven son generosas. Siempre salgo satisfecho, ya sea pidiendo un durum, un kebab tradicional o cualquier otra opción del menú.

Otro punto muy importante para mí es la higiene. Desde que entras al local, se nota que cuidan mucho la limpieza. Todo está ordenado, bien presentado, y se percibe un olor agradable a comida recién hecha. En otros locales similares, muchas veces da reparo entrar, pero aquí sucede justo lo contrario: te da confianza, y eso se nota también en el sabor de lo que comes.

Además, el trato al cliente es excelente. Los chicos que trabajan allí son amables, educados y siempre te atienden con respeto. Son rápidos preparando los pedidos y se nota que valoran al cliente. En muchas otras experiencias que he tenido en otros kebabs, te hacen esperar mucho, te sirven la comida fría y te atienden con desgana. Aquí, en cambio, la atención es rápida, profesional y cercana.

Vivo en Ventilla y he probado muchos kebabs por la zona, pero ninguno como este. No solo yo lo pienso: mucha gente del barrio y alrededores con la que he hablado también recomiendan este lugar por la misma razón: calidad, limpieza, trato y sabor.

En resumen: si quieres comer un buen kebab, con ingredientes de calidad, en un sitio limpio, con buen servicio y sin largas esperas, el Doner Kebab Ankara es tu sitio. Yo no voy a otro desde hace tiempo, y seguiré repitiendo mientras mantengan este excelente nivel.
