What started as an enjoyable visit turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience, made worse by the behavior of the staff, Sara and Isa. After playing the machines and winning 90 tickets, we were interrupted twice—once to be told to pour our beers into paper cups so we could leave, and again to inform us we needed to leave entirely. These interruptions were distracting and likely affected our gameplay, potentially costing us a much bigger win.

When the machines were stopped, we tried to redeem our tickets but were told the store was closed and we’d have to return the next day. This was unreasonable, and the unfriendly attitude of Sara and Isa only made things worse.

To make matters even more unacceptable, we ran into Sara and Isa by chance at the metro after leaving. Instead of behaving professionally, they began complaining to us about the review we had left, despite it being completely legitimate. They were rude, accusing us of pretending not to speak Spanish (even though our Spanish is very poor, as we’re both English speakers). Una basura de bolera y una basura de servicio. Me dejé un dineral reservando 3 pistas para 21 personas, con comida y bebida incluidas (pack azul plus). Les escribí por correo preguntando si podían poner las 3 juntas ya que iba a celebrar mi cumpleaños y me dijeron que sí, que nos habían reservado 3 pistas juntas. Nos presentamos 15 minutos antes de la reserva, nos hicieron esperar 15 minutos más para poder ponerlas juntas, y al final nos separaron. La excusa fue que era difícil juntar 3 pistas. Pero digo yo, que para eso les escribí un correo preguntando específicamente por eso. Si me hubiesen contestado en el correo lo que me dijeron en la bolera, habría cambiado mis planes y celebrado el cumpleaños en otro sitio. Además, las formas para comunicar que básicamente "es lo que hay" también dejaron mucho que desear. Desistí y nos separamos para poder jugar ya que estaba todo pagado con antelación y queríamos pasar un buen rato. Y aunque coger zapatos para tanta gente fue un infierno (faltaban la mitad de las tallas) nos fuimos a jugar y ya nos visitaríamos entre pistas. Cuando nos entró el hambre, fuimos a pedir las bebidas y las hamburguesas, y de primeras solo nos sirvieron la mitad de la comida en una de las pistas. Esperamos 40 minutos, y al ir a preguntar si había pasado algo insistían en que ya nos habían servido todo. Tuvimos que estar un rato para hacerles ver, incluso convencerles, de que solo nos habían servido la mitad de la comida. Al final tras pelear nos sirvieron todo. En cuanto a la comida, entiendes que vas a lo que vas, pero: las hamburguesas de carne estaban crudas, y la posibilidad de cambiar la hamburguesa por cualquier otro plato para celíacos se limitó al perrito caliente. Si eres vegetariano y celíaco, no cojas el menú bebida+comida, porque te pueden dar por ** (habiendo opción además de coger el bocadillo vegetal sin gluten, que es mucho más barato que la hamburguesa).
