Eating Point — Restaurant in Madrid

Terrible experience because of a BAD service provided by the cashier. I went there just because Iberia had a delayed in my flight and gave me a voucher to buy some food while I waited. I first asked the cashier lady what could I purchase with that voucher and with very bad manners she told me to ask someone else. Then I asked another lady on the drinks area about what drinks the voucher was valid for and she said anyone... and when I went back to the cashier to pay she said the drink I chose (a vitamin water) was not an option for the voucher... that's still ok if you leave aside the way in which she communicated that to me... I understand people make mistakes but then she questioned 3 times whether or not it was true that I asked somebody else before choosing my drink!!!! She even stood up from the cash machine to find out who I had talked to! and she said: "I don't see anybody!!!". I told her just charge me for the drink I don't care if you believe me.... Then the drinks lady appeared and confirmed what she told me and then the cashier woman started to bully her asking why she gave me that advice since it was incorrect... I couldn't believe it... very unpleasent experience. Don't ever...

Come on guys! Your team is responding to rating after rating with one star, with the same comment - undercooked burger, mine was exactly the same, meat is of poor quality and severely undercooked, which does not help in the taste or quality of the burger, fix this please! I didn’t check the rating up front, would not have not taken the burger here otherwise, I did not finish it as it was really, but really not good… it’s nice that you take the effort to respond, but as the same comment comes back time and time again, both in recent comment and those from a year or more ago, this is clearly not an “isolated incident” and it takes away from the value of people taking the effort to reply to the comments...

They send you here for a snack if your flight's so delayed that you miss you connection. You can only get specific snacks and there's no signage in English, and no indication in Spanish as to what you can and can't take. Also there are no vegetarian options. Pretty poor setup, I feel bad for the personnel who likely have to always deal with customers who are already cranky when they come and even more annoyed when they...
