MasQMenos — Restaurant in Madrid

While me and a colleague of mine were being served food at the bar of this Masqmenos, my wife waited for us at a table. She had food she had taken from a nearby place to eat later on the airplane. An employee of masqmenos approached her telling her she couldn't consume food of other places at their table, to which she responded she wasn't going to consume it and she was just waiting for us, masqmenos customers. The employee, under the push of don't know what kind of authority he thought he had, took the food from her by force and put it on the bar, telling her she could take it back just when we would finish our food. We really wish the manager of the place could know that due to the incredible behavior of this guy we will never ever again buy anything from the masqmenos chain, and we will strongly advertise it badly to other people in the future. We are tourists and wanted to get a coffee before our flight, we ordered and there was no explanation on where we needed to go collect our coffee, we went over to where the coffees were being made and got told by the man making coffees in a angry tone we were in the wrong section , we then went back to the counter and ask the lady behind the counter if this was there we needed to stay and she bluntly told us to stay here and our coffees would come which would have been nice to tell us once we paid for our coffee. The man then brought our coffee’s over with no lid so we went back over and politely asked if we could please have two lids he looked at us grabbed two lids from behind the counter and threw them on the counter. We wanted to have a quick snack at MasQMenos before our flight. What a disappointment! There were 5 people standing behind one of the counters, none of whom seemed particularly interested in serving us. When it was our turn, we were polished off, even though there was only one other guest at the bar. In addition to the miserable service, the carelessly prepared food doesn't taste good: my meatballs were unseasoned, my mother's sandwich was dry and I was given a dirty glass to pour my gazpacho into. On top of that, the prices for the food are completely inflated. I would recommend that the airport replaces the food chain, as the staff are obviously not motivated to provide good service to the waiting passengers.
