I rarely write any reviews, but this awful experience deserves to be shared with future potential customers. Staff was very rude and unprofessional. First when I went up to pay one lady tells me with an attitude and “sir you cannot pay here you have to go over there, don’t you see all the people?”. I queued up and when I asked for a Paella again the same lady with an attitude tells me “Where do you see paella? Do you see any on the window? Where is the pealla here?” Again with and attitude and sounding sarcastic. If you do not have paella then why put up big signs on the front of your establishment with “Paella” written (picture attached). If you have run out of food, there is no need for the attitude.
