The food court offerings on the first floor of Terminal 4 at Adolfo Suarez Airport in Madrid are all quite similar, mainly centered around prepackaged sandwiches or tapas. The spaces are often very crowded and noisy. In search of an alternative where we could enjoy some hot food in a slightly less chaotic environment, we discovered Kirei restaurant. It replicates a traditional sushi bar, where the sushi chef prepares the dishes in front of the customers.
The Domburi Pollo Teriyaki was initially served with an excessive amount of Teriyaki sauce, making the entire dish overly salty.
