This used to be a good restaurant but now, it is all downhill from food to service. I would leave zero stars if I could. The food is mediocre for the price and to make it even worse it is not even close to authentic. Maybe the chef has changed and the restaurant couldn't find the right replacement. We ordered quite a few things from here and none of them were close to indian food. For example: Butter Chicken: They butter chicken gravy has coconut in it. I've never had a butter chicken in my life with coconut. It was awful and not palatable. Lamb Korma: We ordered lamb korma but they gave us lamb madras instead and told us that the chef messed it up. The lamb madras was super spicy and we couldn't eat it. We mentioned it to them several times but they didn't have the courtesy to replace it. Biryani: It was very spicy and my friend couldn't eat it. You should not call yourself an Indian restaurant. The vibe, music, and food feels ridiculously...

Prons... Staff is so respectful, cooperative, humble, speak in hindi also. Location is not far from Hotel Via castellana, on main road. Restaurant is clean and spacious. Food is beyond expectation , very tasty. Mango lassi, Veg biryani , sabji are amazing. Free papad , water, chattani. Price is very cheap than many other indian restaurants in Madrid. As i visited them too. Lovely place with lovely food in low price.
Cons... No promotion, Not many people there. Not located in exact centre of Madrid. No south indian food. No indian fast food.
BUT OVERALL 5++ SCORE. STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO INDIANS....

The staff was not professional, and the food was extremely poor in taste. We ordered butter chicken, but what we received tasted more like a bland porridge — it was nothing close to real butter chicken. Also, the dish we received was not even what we had ordered.
The chef there was Bengali, and clearly did not know how to prepare authentic Indian food. If a restaurant wants to serve Indian cuisine, they should hire properly trained Indian chefs to ensure the food tastes as it should. Overall, it was a very bad...
