4 of us went for breakfast, and it was a disaster.

Firstly, we were the only people there, but the food still took nearly an hour to come out of the kitchen, and EVERYTHING was cold.

The worst Eggs Benedict I've ever had. Wrong type of bread, and wrong type of eggs! The bacon was also really greasy.

Another of our group also found a hair in her crepe.

We later discovered that the "fresh orange juice" was Minute Maid and they didn't have the equipment to do fresh, and that they also have "refill" soft drinks on the menu, but don't have the equipment to do that either.

If the restaurant has to have the same menu as all of the others in the franchise, then they should have the abilities to make the food with the same level of quality, and also be able to sell everything they have in the menu, otherwise it's false...

Horrible Breakfast I visited this place today for breakfast expecting to be nice. We ordered a english breakfast which was served after 15 mins with cold scrambled egg and the worst pancake I have ever had. The pancake was hard and flat , I was finding it so hard to cut it with a knife and chew it. We also ordered a crepe completo which the waitress informed after few minutes they dont have it.Then I ordered a Bocata chicken with caesar sauce. This was an utter disappointed . Apart from the portion size for 7 Euros , topping was yesterday's left over pollo asado (grilled chicken). I could clearly see the chicken been shredded from the leftover which had in between their chimichuri stuffs hidden. I was so confident because I have ordered the grilled chicken many a times...

Hice un pedido por glovoo, la hora de entrega se indicaba para las 15:20 aprox, se me indicaba a través de la app los pasos que iba siguiendo el pedido, hasta que surgió que se cambiaba la hora de entrega a 25 minutos más tarde, sin embargo se suponía que el pedido estaba listo, solo faltaba que lo recogiera el repartidor, el cuál llevaba esperando el pedido en el restaurante desde hacía unos 40 minutos más o menos, la razón? "Es que eres de glovoo y te tienes que esperar" dicho por el repartidor, que esperó con su buena paciencia, hasta que vio que llegó otra persona a hacer un pedido para llevar y en menos de 20 minutos ya se lo había llevado. De mientras el chico seguía esperando, entonces (y más que normal, hasta los mismísimos de seguir esperando) fue a reclamar que porqué a él no le habían entregado el pedido que se supone que estaba ya listo y que llegue otra persona y se lo den mucho antes, pues esa fue la respuesta del local (eres de glovoo y te tienes que esperar). No fue hasta que hubo un segundo reclamo, y habiendo dicho que el cliente estaba avisado de lo que estaba pasando, teniendo yo que buscar un número de contacto del restaurante, que le entregaron la comida, 25 minutos más tarde porque quisieron. Diría que mereció la pena esperar, pero jugar con el tiempo de una persona que está trabajando me parece una falta de respeto, encima darle unas excusas tan pobres que ni son excusas.

La comida? Nada del otro mundo. Pagué 45€ por una comida absolutamente normal, que encima llegó fría por culpa del restaurante y con una calidad más bien baja.

Mi pedido? Dos hamburguesas (una de las cuales llegó con el pan totalmente quemado, imposible de comer) nachos (te los mandan con un bote de guacamole y otro de crema agria, los cuales encima vinieron abiertos) una tarta de chocolate y una galleta con helado de dulce de leche, la galleta llegó en migajas de lo rota que estaba.

En fin, que tenía muy buena pinta y no me importaba dejarme algo más de dinero, pero ya solo con la forma de expresarse con el repartidor deja mucho que desear, no merece la...
