McDonald's — Restaurant in Madrid

I like to eat in Mcdonald's especially because they close late and I usually look for coffee after drinking with friends. But, tonight was a very frustrating and a "moral defaming" event for me and my friends. I would like to give 0 for the service rate, but this option does not exist. Anyway, this is what happened tonight.

We ordered coffee and hot chocolate and after the server took our order, another customer came, who apparently was the friend of the server, and ordered in Mc Café. We sat close to the counter and waited for our order. The server gave the hot choco and the café con leche descafeinado, but we still lack 2 orders of café con leche. After that, the server kept calling the receipt number 566, but no one claimed the order. The order of her friend was also served.We waited for at least 20 minutes and decided to ask the server where our order was. We were taken aback by her response because she said she had given it. And so, I insisted that we haven't received anything, except for those that were already served. A little pissed, she said in Spanish "es una mentira" referring to our claim that we haven't received our order. And so, I told her, "no somos mentirosos" and gave her the receipt. She then served our 2 cups of café con leche without any apologies.

We understand that people get tired, but to call customers liars because she didn't know what she was doing because she was talking to her friends, who also bought something, is unacceptable.

I hope this won't happen to...

Robo en el Mc Donal Plza Castilla, Cuidado. Estuve en este restaurante este día 13 de noviembre 2021 a eso de las 16,40 horas, aproximadamente, compré y me salí a la primer mesa de la terraza, exactamente frente a la entrada, estaba haciendo frio, y me traslade de regreso hacia una mesa hacia adentro, llevando mis cosas, pero me descuide y dejé el bolso donde estaba afuera , y en ese momento me lo hurtaron, la única persona que estaba limpiando las mesas a una mesa de distancia de donde estaba fue la empleada del establecimiento, quien en el momento que entré, procedió a ordenar la mesa en que me encontraba, la vi desde adentro moviendo las mesas y las sillas, y luego no la volví a ver, se me acercó el encargado del negocio, un señor de unos 45 años, de forma extraña, que también andaba limpiando las mesas pero adentro, me preguntó si se me había perdido un bolso, le dije que si, me preguntó que como era el bolso, y le expliqué, dijo que no habían encontrado nada, ingresó adentro de las oficinas internas del restaurante y no lo vi durante varios minutos, al salir, le volví a preguntar y me dijo que el conoce a varios carteristas, que sabe modus operandi, que él está pendiente de todo, que no podía ver las cámaras porque solo la policía tiene acceso, mediante orden, en ese momento a unos veinte metros veo a dos policías nacionales, afuera de la estación, interviniendo a unos jóvenes patinadores, quise explicarles lo sucedido, me dijeron que no interrumpiera, que estaban en un procedimiento, que no podían hacer nada y que fuera a denunciar a la comisaría, por lo que no recibí la menor ayuda de ellos, a pesar de que el bolso aun podía estar en el lugar, extrañamente la última señal del teléfono que andaba dentro del bolso se activa por última vez en ese Mc Donal. Recomendación si visitan ese negocio, nunca se separen de sus bolsos, ténganlo siempre al frente, que en los negocios nadie presta la menor ayuda, menos los empleados, lo que hacen es desaparecerse, lo cierto es que los ladrones son increíblemente hábiles, no queda claro porque este señor ya sabia que me habían robado, pero obviamente al ver la cantidad de dinero, quien tomó el bolso pensó en que eran varios meses de sueldo, y decidió conforme a sus principios, no les importa en lo mínimo dejarte sin dad y de paso...

in 3 years living next to this restaurant, there was NEVER a time where all the food was perfect. Every SINGLE time: item forgotten or wrong item or (the most common) cold/old food. Moreover, if they have a promotion with a bottle or towel or whatever, you ALWAYS need to ask for it, otherwise they 'forget'. Even if you ask, there is a 50% chance 'they ran out' 2 days after promotion started. edit: i've got a response from McDonald's: 'we hope next time it will be better' How about you actually improve, instead of just hoping. In 3 years it went from bad to worse, and now you 'hope next time will be better'? Living in your own universe, i guess. There will be no 'next time', thanks very much for the crap quality....
