Rala Doner Kebab — Restaurant in Madrid

My girlfriend and I had an extremely disappointing experience here, and we won’t be coming back. We were sitting outside on the terrace and waited 35 minutes for our food, while other customers who ordered after us — with much larger orders — were served first.

When our food finally arrived, it was completely cold — not even slightly warm. We brought it inside and politely asked if they could replace it, explaining the long wait. One of the staff told us it was “because of the sauce,” which made no sense at all. After some back and forth, they gave us a second plate — but that was also cold.

We were frustrated, but didn’t want to cause trouble, so we just ate it.

At the end, I went back inside to say thank you for at least giving us a second plate, just to be polite — even though the whole experience had been awful. I’ve never sent food back before anywhere. But instead of a respectful reply, I was met with aggression. Two staff members were watching, and then one of them pointed at me and said, “What are you doing here? Get out!” — right in front of everyone.

I was shocked. I wasn’t rude. I didn’t raise my voice. I simply tried to handle things respectfully. But the treatment we received was honestly disgusting.

We left without saying another word, but we wont forget this.

I have been to many kebab shops in the area and I recommend any one of those over this place.

The young person working there is very polite, humble, and helpful. The food is more than average, I have been eating at this place more than 15 times in the last 3 months and a half. The patatas were ALWAYS tasty, fresh, but the sauces were the same as in every kebab place - there is room for improvement on the sauces. The service delivery was sometimes on point ( 10 minutes were 10 minutes ), and sometimes not really ( 10 minutes were actually 20-25, with not that many customers inside ). They have a cigarette machine, which is great. Saves you when all the Tabacos places are closed. 8/10 I...

Pedí para llevar, un kebap de cordero, un durum de pollo sin salsas y un durum mixto. Tardé 30 minutos desde que entré hasta que salí con mi pedido.

Llegué a casa: Kebap: la carne fría Durum de pollo sin salsa: durum mixto y CON salsas, casi nada de pollo y carne fría Durum mixto: igual que el otro.

Mi opinión es que va ahí medio barrio porque no hay otro kebap por la zona, son pocas personas, la carne no les da tiempo a que se les caliente, y tienen un circo con las comandas del diez.

No vuelvo a ir, la próxima vez me doy más paseo pero me voy al que hay al lado del Gómez Ulla que está...
