En la calle CONCORDIA hallamos otro restaurante Chino de los muy pocos que ofrecen, no solo el menú de comida CHINA Y JAPONESA, sino menú con hamburguesas americanas. La tendencia de la zona y la demanda en auge de las recetas asiáticas obligan a los restaurantes chinos actuales a ampliar su carta. De entrada hemos probado la SOPA DE MAIZ Y CANGREJO, excelente propuesta hecha sobre la base del MAIZ, EL CANGREJO, EL SURIMI y el caldo espesado con harina de Arroz. Todos lo sabores integrados y bien preparados. De segundo: ROLLITOS ESPECIALES, cuatro rollitos rellenos de TERNERA, ZANAHORIA, SETA CHINA y BROTES DE SOJA. Igualmente, todo muy bien salpimentado en el que el relleno jugoso se complementaba con la consistencia crujiente de la masa. El siguiente plato: EL ARROZ ESPECIAL DE LA CASA, la PROPUESTA de arroz hecha con SALSA DE SOJA ESPESA Y UN TOQUE DE GLUTAMATO, acompaña y envuelve los ingredientes que en este arroz encontramos, como son: ZANAHORIA, BERENJENA, BROTES DE SOJA, GAMBAS, TERNERA, HUEVO REVUELTO, CEBOLLA, CEBOLLINO Y POLLO. Hemos encontrado el arroz en toda regla, bien salpimentado e integrados sus ingredientes. Finalmente, hemos probado una TORTILLA DE GAMBAS con unas gambas de muy buen tamaño y perfectas en su punto de SAL. El huevo está preparado con el mínimo justo de aceite y cocinado a fuego medio, de modo que su consistencia impide que dicho aceite inunde los ingredientes y caiga pesado. Quick and excellent service. We ordered veg rolls, berenjena, tofu, arroz frito and verduras saltado. Its amazing to see how they catered to us vegans when there is nothing vegan on the menu. 100% recommended for the quality and price. I don't know why the rating of this restaurant is low. I order through Uber eats. My order never arrived, I waited in front of the building for about 10 min and the driver kept driving in circles. I went upstairs and when I ask for a refund the said the driver was here and waited 40 min. Lies, cause there's a doorman in the building and could have assist them.
