Restaurante Casajari — Restaurant in Madrid

I’ve walked past this place before and its almost always busy so I had a look at the menu online and almost didn’t go as the menu was quite small and the mains looked too meaty and heavy for my summer day mood but wow I’m glad I went! The gentleman who served us took time to explain in detail the specials and to recommend items from the main menu and he was spot on. The zamburiñas had a beautiful breadcrumb topping with slithers of fried (onion I think) crunch and were drowning in buttery sweet flavour. The pan puri were light and crispy with tomato freshness and a salty pickled fish finish. The bottle of white recommended to us was also a delight and my only regret is we didn’t stay for the pear dessert but I guess we’ll just have to go back.

2 visita a este fantástico restaurante griego, y vuelve a destacar por amabilidad, buen trato, servicio rápido a pesar de estar hasta arriba y una excelente comida.

Probamos los dos fuera de carta, unos Puerros asados con butifarra maravillosos y cordero estofado con albaricoques, ambos para chuparse los dedos. Cantidades generosas y una salsa buenísima. Esta vez no llegamos a los postres pero tenían una pinta realmente espectacular.

Relación calidad / precio imbatible.
