Vips Restaurant is a delightful dining spot that I find myself drawn to time and time again. The staff exude warmth and hospitality, making each visit a truly pleasant experience. The culinary offerings available here are of an exceptional standard, with a highlight being their delectable beef dishes. Whether it's a juicy beef burger or, as I recently savoured, their new Piptio steak sandwich, the quality of the meat never fails to impress.

Following my flavoursome meal, I indulged in a couple of rich cappuccinos while catching up with my uncle over lunch. He, too, thoroughly enjoyed his regular order of the VIP club sandwich followed by a zesty lemon pie. The proximity of this Vips branch to Aldi makes parking a breeze, adding to the convenience of dining here.

I own a coffee shop/bakery myself and as business owners, we strive for providing the best possible service. Clearly, this is not how this VIPS operates. It took us about 30mins to be seated, then after having to stand a very rude server ( think his name tag said "roger") who made a very obstinate gesture with his hands and head after we asked to change 2 of our orders (while still ordering) and then had to wait about 30mins more for our food to be brought. The food quality was as much as you can expect from a fastfood place, mediocre at best and very pricey. My suggestion is, if you're in Madrid visiting, stay away from places like this and find yourself a proper place to have a nice meal wihout having to deal with...
