Restaurante El Patio — Restaurant in Manacor

The customer service at this 'restaurant' is awful. We only went in to order two drinks, we were sat there 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. Even though there were plenty of staff moving through the restaurant. We eventually received the drinks from a rather rude waitress, not speaking to us and slamming the drinks on the table. Once we asked for the bill, we received it rather promptly. However we waited 15 minutes for the change, which was never brought to us. We had to go to the bar ourselves to collect it as it was just sitting there. Plenty of staff available to give it us.

I would not recommend this place, if you are planning to eat; maybe order...

El Patio proves that looks can be deceiving. We've always made it a rule not to eat in restaurants with pictures of the food on display, but near the beach in Porto Cristo we had little choice, so we selected El Patio at random. Very glad we did. Our excellent waiter recommended some tapas selections which were universally delicious. My son's homemade nuggets were declared 'better than Burger King'! I ordered pan con tomate and this is what I was served. The tomatoes aren't even good/ripe. I said I was expecting the blitzed tomatoes to spread, they said this is their way of doing pan con tomate - but in the menu it doesn't say it's 'pan con tomate their way', and if you google pan con tomate there's no picture like this, they're all with the blitzed tomatoes. I complained and there was no resolution offered, what so ever
