The chef chose fresh fish for us, showed before putting in on the grill and asked if the price (according to the weight) was ok. Everything was very fresh and delicious! The chef selected fish that he thought would be enough for us and a price cake with it to ensure we were ok with the price. The chef selected the right amount of fish and all of it was cooked perfectly. We asked our waitress for tips on fried vs grilled and we took her advice and the result was delicious food.
