Nice and friendly people. The worse hamburger ever. We took three. We where in a hurry and asked for three hamburgers, it was regular size. The meat Itself was a frozen industrial and bad quality, mostly flour, and it was burned. When we asked the food they didn't told us the hamburger was for children, when it arrivedit was a normal size also with salad inside and frozen french fries aside. If it's supposed to be for children you shouldn't think "it's for children and so anything will be fine!" anyway in the menu doesn't say "for children" or "kids meal" as I stated before it was normal, regular size. We where in a hurry because of catching the boat, so I didn't eat, they charged it, and I asked for other special to take away that I didn't catch the name (two small breads with real shredded roasted meat inside) and was not so bad, at least it was fresh. It was expensive for what we got. Also I did pay for all, they charged for all even after I did complain about the quality, and I didn't discuss even if I didn't eat the terrible kind of "Hamburger". I'm used to eat in good restaurants, and I do that very often. so, if the dish isn't good and you have nice dishes it's better to change that dish quality (just changing to a real burger 100% meat) or if that is not possible just erase it from the menu because It is a rotten...

Nice place with good food. But we were told that the portions were kind of small and the staff told us that we better order 3-4 dishes for 2 people........ We ordered 3 dishes and each one was definately enough for lunch for one person, so we paid quite a lot of money (it is not a cheap place) "for nothing" since we were too full to eat it all. So I would say to the staff that they really should not encourage people to order more than one dish per person!

EDIT after answer from owner, just went from 4 to 3 stars now because the answer was very unpolite. If they expect every costumer to visit their website before eating there it really is strange! The portions ARE normal, not tapas size, the Calamares were at least 20 pieces for example which is enough for one meal if you don't eat like a beast.

To owner: You should really consider taking customers reviews to heart instead of blaiming them for ordering AS YOU SUGGESTED. And you should also refrain from answering unpolite to reviews that gives you 4 stars. Ridiculous if you expect only 5 stars from every guest, mine were not the only 4 star review that you have...

This is very interesting place and definitely deserves a visit for at least one reason the food is very different to what is available in other local restaurants. Thei dishes are unique and they look amazing. Size of the portions are on the small size, but in this case you can also try amazing desserts and this amount is right enough. I'm sick of restaurants where you receive big dishes and stuff yourself with food until you can't walk. That is very bad and especially bad for health. What this restaurant does is serves you the right amount of food person need to say they are not hungry anymore. I wish all restaurants would do this way, then we would have many lean people in the world.Ok, let's get back to restaurant. The taste. Unfortunately for me the food was missing something to bring flavours up. It tasted bland even it looked amazing. Maybe a bit if seasoning would have fixed this issue, but tables didn't had nor salt nor pepper on them, which was a miss for me. However dessert on the other side did taste very good. And yeah, if anyone decides to taste black couscous, keep in mind black food dye will leave...

This place is a little bit hit and miss for me. Situated right on the waterway, which is very nice except when the tourist boats are docked because then your view is basically, well, tourist boat. The service too can be a little iffy, not bad, but not great either. They seem to try to staff with foreigners, which might appeal to tourists, but takes it a notch down on the authenticity scale. Now the food: it’s actually pretty good. My wife seems to think that they have the best poke bowl she’s ever tasted. The smoked octopus is beautifully presented and arrives under a dome of, well, smoke. Delicious. But a few things were underwhelming for me. The goulash dish, while tasty, sported a rather tough cut of meat. And the chicken curry would be more at home in a British pub than a restaurant in Delhi. I find in general the menu, like the service, tries too hard to be international and in the process misses some authenticity.

After a wonderful 4-hr boat cruise, I was starving and ready for wine! Faro is literally steps off the boat. I was immediately warmly greeted and told the kitchen closes in 20 minutes, but I was ready to make my selections. I asked if I could have a front table--as a solo traveler, I am usually put inside, in the back, at the bar, or by the toilet. The server said, "Absolutely!! Sit wherever you like!" I ordered the salmon tartar as well as the meat and cheese plate. Delicious!! The server also helped me select a bottle of wine that complimented my meal. Also delicious. The view is gorgeous and there is a soothing breeze. The music is pleasant and not too loud. The tour boats come in and out which gives some good people watching. If I wasn't leaving tomorrow I would absolutely eat here again!

Friendly staff, decent food, comfortable location. FOOD Have you ever tried a black couscous? Nope, I hadn’t either but it was pretty tasty. Croquettes were good, the corn “vegan ribs” were a bit weird especially the sauce. Nice cocktails and decently priced. We paid 60€ for two with drinks and tip. STAFF/SERVICE Super friendly, English-speaking, made a difference as staff can be rude on the island. Food took a while I must say but it was ok given we were people watching and checking out the yachts parked just in front.
