We had such a beautiful experience at Bono Beach Club and it quickly became one of our favourite spots in Marbella. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was inviting and elegant without feeling pretentious. The staff were absolutely incredible, warm, friendly and genuinely attentive throughout the entire day. They made us feel welcome and relaxed, checking in just enough without ever being intrusive. The food was a real highlight. Everything was fresh, full of flavour and beautifully presented. We ordered a variety of dishes and each one was a hit. The seafood in particular stood out, you could really taste the quality and freshness. The cocktails were just as impressive, perfectly mixed and suited to the beach vibe. The live music added something special to the whole experience. The singer had a lovely voice and brought great energy that matched the setting perfectly. The volume was just right so we could still chat and enjoy our meal without feeling overwhelmed. What made the day even better was how family friendly the place is. The beach was clean and safe with calm waters, ideal for children to play in while adults relaxed. It was an easygoing, enjoyable day from start to finish and we cannot wait to go back.

3 stars only because of the lack of shade available. Reserved 2 single beds 23 September 2025 Beds (€20 each) - comfortable but ours had no shade, the umbrellas do practically nothing. We had to make a bit of a fuss to get another umbrella and they eventually gave us a portable one - without it, it would have been impossible to stay there as we would’ve fried! The day beds looked very comfortable, spacious and had good shade but you have to fork out for them ! You can order food/ drink to the sun-beds which was nice. Parking - valet parking extremely handy and is available but limited and it does run out so get there early. We arrived at 12:00 and were the last ones to have their car parked. Drink/ Food - delicious. Restaurant area is absolutely gorgeous. Good service. Bit pricey. Aperol was €17! Beach - lovely, the club is right on the beach. Staff - helpful and fairly speedy. When we paid one of the staff said service wasn’t included and then kept our change for ages - we had to ask for it back. Overall - beautiful club, there’s a DJ but it’s not wild party vibes. Mix of people / ages. We didn’t explore the surrounding area. Easy to get to with a car.

After making a prior telephone reservation at Bono Beach Marbella for 10 people with the confirmation of being able to choose the group menu for €55 or €65 per person, on arrival we were informed that this was not possible as the minimum number of 15 people was not reached. When we asked for an explanation, the head waitress confirmed this and, as the only alternative option, invited us to go elsewhere. Indignant, we asked for the manager of the restaurant, Mr. Charles, who with a very smug, haughty and unempathetic attitude insisted on the impossibility of choosing a menu for groups because the minimum number of 15 people was not reached, excusing himself by saying that the waitress who had made our reservation had only been employed for two months, and offered no alternative but to order dishes to share from the menu. On the official website of Bono Beach Marbella, it states in three languages "the group menus are only for groups of 10 or more people with a reservation". The manager Mr. Charles is therefore a complete liar and not to be trusted. In addition, the table we were assigned was located inside the restaurant, with no view and no good air-conditioning, so we were horribly hot. The starters we ordered were expensive and very scarce. We were not offered any compensation. And the bill came to 700 €. It is a pity this form of mistreatment of the client, considered as a tourist who leaves and does not repeat. We, who are from Marbella, Malaga and Seville, will of course not repeat, and we strongly advise against going to this place, where the only notable thing was the charm and friendliness of the waitress Ana, who managed to make the after-dinner conversation as bearable as possible.

Unprofessional, waste of money, and untrusted car valet services.

If you want to feel unwelcome or undervalued, this is your place.

I have been comming to Marbella for more than 10 years in the summer. And i had visited many of the beach clubs here which were great. But Bono Beach is different. what i have seen in this venue takes low grade service to new level.

First, let me start with these points: We are a family of five (3 adults and 2 children). They made me book two Bali beds because each bed can hold only three people, as they claim. But when you go in the club, you see many beds have more than four or five people on each bed. Simply, you pay more if you are kind and respectful.

Waiter service at the bed was slow; they forgot to bring our orders and hardly checked on us to see if we needed to order anything.

A bag with expensive shorts was stolen from the car trunk. The only one who had access to the car was the beach valet service, who acted innocent and unaware of the missing bag.

When I reported it to the manager, he promised to solve this issue within two days just to keep me quiet and not to report them to the police. Two days later, he claimed that he could not do anything, and I have to go to the police to report the incident. What a professional way to deal with customers. Security and the valet parking should be improved and should be trustworthy. The issue was not resolved, and the bag is still missing

Simply, if you want to get ripped off, feel undervalued, and pay for cheap service, this is your place.

Even though I paid for two Bali beds, the waiter at 2 PM was trying to sell oneof my beds to another customer and asked me if I needed the other bed, as I wasn't using it. It's like they don't value the cutomer and are kicking out the existing one for more customers and profit.

Great awful service and unprofotional. You will be safer and valued more in the puplic beaches...
