Ordered a wrap a couple of weeks ago and was thoroughly impressed at the quality and amount of protein as well as overall experience. The wraps now have little to no chicken, and it seems theyre trying to get away with filling up their wraps as little as possible. Shame! I had high hopes for this place...

Hello - I’m very sorry to hear about your experience . I can assure you however this is not the case . All our portions are pre weighed and are consistent as our menu is calorie tracked with macros . Your order this morning for the glovo was early , and we didn’t have chicken cooked off in time - so we had to cut it smaller pieces than usual - which is why it maybe seemed less chicken than usual . But I can assure you that it’s always the same amount . Regardless , I’m sorry for any inconvenience caused . Hopefully we can make it up to you next time !

STOP MISLEADING PEOPLE!

Despite the bowl tasting good, I was really disappointed. The dish looked nothing like the promotional photo, but the waiter insisted that this is how they normally serve it and that all the ingredients are weighed, so the portions are definitely correct. Later, I saw a photo in a Google review — and even compared to that, what I got wasn’t anywhere close. The halloumi was definitely not 100g, rather 10g, cut up in ridiculously small stripes and not grilled, and there were only four tiny pieces of sweet potato, slightly bigger than a fingernail. Everything was buried under a pile of puffed chickpeas.

It was nice that they offered to remake the dish and that the waiter didn’t charge me for the bowl, but the explanations and insistence on their side were completely unreasonable. A big disappointment, especially since this place has such a cool concept.

I’m giving 4 stars for the potential as this is apparently a new place so I don’t want to ruin a business — just please stop misleading people, it is...
