Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Marbella

I tried to post zero stars, but Google wouldn't allow it. Dominos Pizza. An International brand right? So I have a question. Does Dominos Pizza in Marbella actively discriminate against English speaking customers. An attempt to order over the phone resulted in them blocking my number after 4 attempts. My crime? The first attempt was that I simply said, Can I place an order please? The second time I asked if anyone could speak English, and the third and fourth time they didn't like my number anymore (presumably because it wasn't Spanish). Any further attempts were met with the same message indicating the number was rejected. So to continue with my question, why do the local pizza places here make an effort to deal with tourists/expats, and a global brand flick their custom off like they are discarded socks? Anyway, judging by my experience, I can only assume that nobody there will take the time to read this (as its not in the native language) but at least I can warn off others from having the phone put down on them repeatedly for trying to give Dominos Marbella some of their hard earned cash . Absolute sham. If this is a brand controlled shop, Dominos sort it out, if it's a franchise, then the genius running it should be aware that it is a global brand and will draw in travelling customers based on the name, and that not all the worlds population doesn't speak Spanish. If I had the time and inclination, I would physically go in and have a conversation with the same employees who were rude enough to cut my call, about the weather in English, and then see them try to kick me out of their shop. Needless to say, they have achieved their objective and wont be hearing...

Dominos Marbella lost a regular customer (Marbella 2000). The food is not consistent. Sometimes the sauce is on top of the pizza, sometimes no sauce, sometimes good, and today a watery pan pizza (the classic pizza was good).

My partner contacted Dominos Pizza Marbella by telephone. She spoke to them about their food consistency. The employee sounded not interested.

In the meantime, a new pan pizza has been delivered.

When I wanted to return the bad pizza, the delivery person said I could keep it. I demanded to take it to show the kitchen what they have given their customers and hopefully learn from it.

Dominos Marbella perdió un cliente habitual (Marbella 2000). La comida no es consistente. A veces, la salsa está encima de la pizza, a veces no hay salsa, a veces es buena, y hoy en día es una pizza panecilla (la pizza clásica era buena).

Mi compañero contactó por teléfono con Dominos Pizza Marbella. Ella les habló sobre la consistencia de sus alimentos. El empleado sonaba no interesado.

Mientras tanto, una nueva pizza pan ha sido entregada.

Cuando quise devolver la pizza mala, el repartidor dijo que podía quedármela. Exigí tomarlo para mostrar a la cocina lo que les han dado a sus clientes y, con suerte,...

Servicio pésimo, estaban dos chicas amigas mías sentadas disfrutando de su buffet libre, apenas habían comido una pizza y cuando llegué estaba acabada, no había nada en la mesa y pidieron otra y les dijeron q era la última q podía traer porque en el reglamento decía que no se podía sentar nadie en la mesa sin pagar lo cual el reglamento está en una esquina la cual ni se ve desde fuera que es donde se sentaron mis amigas, y les dije que me podía ir y así q ellas comieran pero no quisieron y decidieron por su voluntad q no les iban a traer mas pizzas y quisimos hablar con el jefe porque según la encargada se lo había dicho a su jefe y salió otro encargado (dudo q fuese el jefe por las formas en la que nos atendió) le explicamos la situación y se rió de nosotros en nuestra cara, me parece una falta de respeto gravísima que hayan pagado bufete libre y hayan pagado envano. Otro día hemos venido con más gente y algunos no querían comer aquí, solo se sentaron sin comer y a los encargados de ese día les dio igual y no nos dijeron NADA, porque nadie estaba comiendo, al igual q HOY, lo cual les pusimos de ejemplo y dijeron que esq no nos habrían visto etc, cuando ese día literal estaban tres personas en una mesa grande comiendo y otras seis con la mesa vacía o comiendo algo de otro lado. Mis amigas se han sentido estafadas (pongo la reseña de parte de los tres) y yo me he sentido mal porque no sabía nada, estaría bien que pusierais un reglamento más accesible a la vista de todos, o que explicaseis el reglamento si veis que alguien más se sienta, porque nada más me senté con ellas me vieron y no dijeron nada solo se quedaron viendo, la encargada según dijo que es que ella como iba a saber que no había comido, y la mesa en ese momento estaba VACÍA, ella misma lo vio, pocas ganas de trabajar y siento que por ser jóvenes se han cachondeado de nosotros.
