Very nice food, well prepared and presented. But also very pricey and in my view the overall experience does not fully justify the high price. My wife and I enjoyed dinner here on a quiet Saturday evening in February. The room is nicely decorated, full view to the wine cellar and kitchen, and the service is attentive, knowledgeable and discreet. My wife had the scallops for starter and slow cooked Iberian pork for mains. I enjoyed fried squid for starter and confit canard. All tasted great; however the vegetables and presentation on the plates were identical for the two main dishes - not very creative. Este lugar me sorprendió de verdad. En Gastro restaurante Benisty todo empieza con la atmósfera: un espacio elegante, una presentación cuidada y la sensación de estar en manos de verdaderos profesionales. La cocina es el corazón del restaurante. El chef trabaja cada plato como si fuera una obra de arte: el punto exacto de la carne, la jugosidad, el equilibrio de sabores y los detalles en la guarnición. El solomillo estaba perfecto: crujiente por fuera, tierno y aromático por dentro. Se nota que aquí respetan el producto y saben cómo realzarlo. Quiero destacar también al equipo de sala. Los camareros son atentos, amables y discretos, siempre con una sonrisa y con mucho estilo. Se percibe que sienten orgullo por el restaurante y crean una experiencia muy especial para cada comensal.
