Urban Bistro-Bar — Restaurant in Marbella

I have become a regular patron at this at this lovely bistro - bar several times and, each time it’s been an absolute pleasure to return its comfortable with good food and a little like a pub atmosphere. Its also a family restaurant so early evenings young children are welcomed here. So, if you want a more intimate and quieter atmosphere I would recommend coming to eat around 2000 or a bit later. The menu is excellent and with variable choices enough to suit every one, I have tried several dishes and the Urban Plate for two is easily my favourite. I am looking forward to my next visit to try another dish or maybe my favourite again There are two three parts to the Urban Bistro-Bar one area where there is a pool table with comfortable seating with a room divider separating the pool area divider has partial viewing so you can keep an eye on the kids at the pool table whilst your eating from the more formal dining area. There is outside dining as well for the smokers with heating when necessary. I found the service always to be of a high and friendly local bistro standard with good, very inviting atmosphere. must be amazing in the summer The Urban Bistro-Bar is immaculate and clean I always check the toilets before I write any recommendation they were spotless this tells me that the property will be of the same high standard. The young and amazing Irish lady that has looked after us a couple of times is warm and has the pleasant way of wanting to please her guests without being there yet was there whenever needed a very good waitress indeed. Oliver the owner is the epitome of what good hospitality is all about, it starts with him in his establishment. It was my first time ordering from here, and honestly, it couldn’t have been better! I ordered a curry with basmati rice and a grilled chicken with vegetables and basmati rice — and both dishes were absolutely incredible!

The flavors were fresh, rich, and perfectly balanced. You can really tell they use quality ingredients and put a lot of care into preparing the food. Everything arrived quickly, nicely packaged, and still at the perfect temperature, just like it had come straight from the kitchen.

I was so excited when I opened the delivery that I completely forgot to take pictures haha! It’s not easy to find places that put this much effort into both the food and the delivery experience, and today it happened twice!! That’s incredible haha Thank you so much! I’ll definitely be ordering again very soon! (Prob tomorrow 😅)

My God , I have just seen a very critical one star review from about a month. This review could not be further from the truth. We have dined several time at Urban bistro and our experience has always been fabulous. In fact, I can honestly say that the Filipino Lady manager is probably one of the kindest, professional managers we have met in any restaurant in the Marbella region .
