Jaipur Palace (Indian Restaurant) — Restaurant in Marbella

Sooo i was sceptical because of the few bad reviews (tasteless food, long waiting time, unfriendly staff). However this has been the best indian restaurent i have ever been to! The staff was really nice and fast, the manager greeted us with a big smile and let us choose our table. The food was perfect!! The butter chicken was spot on and the lamb tikka masala was even better! Best seekh kebab i have ever eaten, everything was perfect! The palak paneer and cucumber raika were delicious too! 10 out of 10 recommend!

By the way, the food came really really fast and we did not get charged for the boxes for take away (unlike other comments state here) so dont let yourself fool by some of the bad reviews, the whole place was...

I'll start with the positive the food was amazing fresh and authentic reasonably priced the starter was lovely a mix to share Panner delicious and not your normal generic sauces. Lovely cool seating area. 2 negatives though we had booked online but when we arrived we were told we had no reservation I offered to show the waiter our reservation details but he was not interested. He continued to be blunt with his answers verging on plain rude. Although the young lad who was serving and the other waiter was very polite. For the food alone we would recommend but the one waiter needs a little extra customer...

Our family enjoy a good curry and this meal was very poor. We had 2 mixed grills and a lamb Buhna We asked if the mixed grills (19.95 euros each) came with a sauce and was told yes. We got charged another 9 euros for the sauce that was tasteless, made with loads of brown sugar and salt with no Indian flavour. The grills tasted as if a 3 year old had been let loose with a blow torch. Very dry and way over cooked. It was a very expensive meal with the very poor quality! The restaurant was nice inside and the service was quick but if you enjoy good Indian food...
